deep, random, humourous thoughts from the mind of the fish

“I TOOK A SECOND LOOK. I COULD BARELY BELIEVE MY EYES. IT WAS LIKE I HAD STUMBLED UPON SOME SECRET TROVE OF ART TREASURES. THERE IN FRONT OF ME, DISPLAYED ON THE WALL, SEDUCTIVELY TAUNTING MY EYES. DA VINCI, MONET, VAN GOGH, RENOIR AND ON AND ON THEY WENT, AS IF SOMEBODY HAD TRAVELLED THE WORLD, COLLECTING AND THEN PUTTING TOGETHER THIS VISUAL BUFFET OF PAINTINGS AS A FEAST FOR MY EYES ALONE TO DEVOUR. THE SOUND OF THE GUARD’S FEET APPROACHING TOLD ME THAT MY VISIT TO THE LOUVRE WAS NEAR ITS END.”
